  • Where are you located?
      • We are located in Willowbrook, Staten Island, New York.
  • Can I bring in or email a photo to recreate my cake?
      • Yes, you can bring a photo or just send an email with the photo attached to it. We can recreate most of them and you can get a quote based on the photo.
  • What are my icing choices?
      • You can choose from chocolate ganache, buttercream frosting or fondant.
  • What are my cake choices
      • Cakes:
      * Vanilla - vanilla cake layered and frosted with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream
      * Chocolate on Vanilla- Vanilla cake with chocolate buttercream filling and frosting
      * Chocolate on Chocolate- moist chocolate cake with rich chocolate buttercream filling and frosting

      Cupcakes:
      * Vanilla cupcakes frosted with vanilla or chocolate buttercream
      * Chocolate cupcakes frosted with vanilla or chocolate buttercream
      * Red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting

      Frostings and fillings:
      * vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream
      * chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream
      * Cookies and cream
      * Hazelnut

  • How much do your cakes cost?
      • Prices are determined by several components: serving size, choice of icing, and most importantly design. If you’d like to get an idea of how much your custom cake would cost, feel free to contact us and we’ll get back to you with a quote.

      Pricing for basic buttercream covered cakes ( without decorations, just with an inscription)
        6″ round (6 servings) – $40
        8″ round (10 servings) – $45 / $50
        10″ round (15 to 25 servings) – $75 / $85
        12″ round or 10″ square (20 to 35 servings) – $110 / $125
        14″ round or 12″ square (30 to 50 servings) – $150 / $165
        Half sheet (40 to 60 servings) – $175 / $195
        Three-quarters sheet (60 to 90 servings) – $250 / $275
        Full sheet (80 to 120 servings) – $300 / $330

      *An inscription on your cake is always free—additional decorations are available for an additional fee. For Ombre and all other custom cake please inquire within.
  • Do you deliver?
      • We prefer customer pick-up, but we will consider delivering locally at an additional cost.
  • How do I place my order?

  • How far in advance to I need to book my order?
      • For cake orders without custom decorations we recommend that orders be placed 24-48 hours in advance. For custom cakes we recommend that you place your order at least two-three weeks in advance.
  • What methods of payment are accepted and what is your payment policy?
      • We accept cash, checks and credit cards. Full payment or 50% of deposit is required when an order is finalized. If you must later cancel an order it is best to let us know as early as possible. Orders that are cancelled with 7 days notice with total price of less than $300 are refunded in full. Unfortunately orders that are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice cannot be refunded.
